Special Pre-Conference Day (includes all meals)

In response to feedback, Wings is experimenting by adding an extra pre-conference day’s activities this year. It will include two half day long workshops and an evening performance. The Pre-Conference Fee ($60) covers registration for the extra day; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday; and breakfast on Friday.

Meals. All meals will be served in common. The Conference Fee covers the costs of
registration and the following meals:
Friday lunch and dinner
Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner
Sunday breakfast and lunch

Day rate. The Conference Fee will serve as the “day rate” for area residents who need no accommodations. Remember also that there will be free public events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
Deposit and Deadline.A deposit of 50% of the Conference Fee ($110 or $80) is required to register.
Full payment ($220 or $160) is due before April 21, 2008.
The deposit becomes non-refundable on that date.

There will be no onsite registration. The registration deadline is April 20, 2008 or whenever the 100 places fill, whichever comes first.
Hotel Accommodations: For accommodations, contact the Hilton directly, see 'Making Reservations at the Hilton' link to the left, rates cover sleeping accommodations for one room per night on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. There are a few rooms available that will accommodate up to 8 people if you would like to share the cost. Please arrange for your own roommates. Rates are as follows:
One bedroom with King or 2 Queens (sleeps 2 – 4) $60 per night
Tower junior suite with 2 Queens and sofa (sleeps up to 6) $70 per night
Tower suite with 2 bedrooms and bunkbeds (sleeps up to 8) $80 per night
Conference rates are extended for 2 days before and after the conference if you would like to come early or stay on.
Scholarships for individuals A limited number of partial scholarships with a service requirement are available for conference fees only. For more information, please download and read the Scholarship Information found in the documents to the right.
Matching Grants to LSAs On a limited basis, Wings may also match grants (50% conference fees) with LSA’s that wish to sponsor a community representative. For more information, please contact us: info@wingstothespirit.org.
Artists’ Marketplace Marketplace table rentals are for registered conference participants only. Please indicate your request on the registration form, and send the table rental check to:

Children and Youth
No specific youth or children's classes will be held during this conference. There will be no nursery facilities. If it is necessary to bring your children to the conference, please email us at info@wingstothespirit.org. We will do our best to arrange for professional child care at an hourly fee.
